Q: How many guest can you accommodate?

A: Our unit can accommodate a maximum 6 people (4pax+2pax), where the additional fee of Php700 net/person/night will be collected. Inclusive of inflatable bed and towels.

Q: Are outside visitors allowed?

A: Yes, outside visitors are allowed.

Q: Do kids stay free?

A: Kids 12 years below can stay for free provided that they will not require an extra bed.

Q: Can we use amenities for free?

A: Guest can use our building’s pool for a fee . For list of fees, kindly refer to the table below.

*Gym is exclusively for unit owners only.

Q: Do you allow early check in and late check out?

A: We can’t guarantee an early check in or a late check out since it will all depend on whether we do or we don’t have guests before or after you. However, in the event of late check out possibility, please note that we charge an extra fee of Php 300 per hour for late check out. 

Q: Do you offer free parking slot for guests?

A: Pay Parking is available within our building’s premises. Kindly refer to the table below for the parking rates.

Q: Do you have free wifi?

A: Wifi is provided inside the unit, free of charge.

Q: How far is your place from the airport?

A: Posh, Alabang — Less than an hour via Skyway

A: Chic & Cozy, Pasay — Less than an hour via NaiaX

Q: Are there malls nearby?

A: Chic & Cozy — less than 15-minute walk to SM Mall Of Asia, 5-min walk to Met Live

A: Posh, Alabang — 5-minute walk to Festival Supermall, 20-minute drive to Alabang Town Center

Q: Can I cancel my booking?

A: Yes, but please take note of the following conditions:

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at
least 14 days away
Full refund
Cancellations made  at least 7 days before check-in 50% refund
Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in No refund

*Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is canceled before check-in.

Q: Can we request for a housekeeping service?

A: Yes, for housekeeping service requests in between your stay, an extra fee of Php 900 is required, which can be paid directly to our authorized housekeeper.

Q: Can we self check in if we arrive later than 3PM? Is late check in possible?

A: Yes, pin codes will be provided for the digital door lock/digital key holder. 

Q: Can we self check out before 12Noon (standard check out time)?

A: Yes, you may just leave the keys back into the digital key holder inside our the mailbox OR you can leave the keys inside the unit and ask the host to remotely lock the door. *Applies only to Chic & Cozy

A: Posh’s digital door lock automatically locks itself. 

Q: Can we cook inside the unit? Are there any kitchen utensils we can use?

A: Yes, our kitchen is equipped with electric stove and some basic cooking kitchen utensils.

Q: Can I bring my pet?

A: Sadly, no. Pets are not allowed inside our building. 

Q: Do you allow small party/gathering like bridal shower inside your unit?

A: Yes, but please keep in mind of our House Rules.

Q: Do we need to present an ID card upon check in?

A: YES. At least 1 valid ID card is required upon check in.

Q: Is luggage drop-off possible?

A: No, we do not have a baggage storage room in our building.
